Gunther StubenrauchThe principle member of the closed corporation, Mr. Stubenrauch, obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Stellenbosch. He has 32 years of experience in urban and regional planning in both the public and private sectors. During this time, he specialised in forward planning which includes the development of structure plans, layout designs, precinct planning as well as in statutory planning which includes the preparation of zoning schemes. Mr. Stubenrauch is registered with the Namibian Institute for Town and Regional Planners as well as being registered as an Environmental practitioner with EPAN.

Bronwynn Basson Mrs. Basson, a member of SPC, is a Senior GIS and Environmental Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the field of GIS. Her areas of expertise include database design, GIS for Land Use, Town and Environmental Planning.

Pombili Iipumbu Heading the Human Resources, Logistics and Administration section of the company is Mrs. Iipumbu. She has been a part of the SPC team since 2008 and has developed a broad knowledge of Town Planning and related matters.
